• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. Donations and Payments

Benefit Brawl facilitates charity donations via integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Every.org, Stripe). We do not collect or hold donation funds directly. All donations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processors and donation platforms. You acknowledge that Benefit Brawl does not issue tax receipts for donations.

All content included on Benefit Brawl, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Benefit Brawl or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without explicit permission.
