When you create a host account, we collect:

• Display name
• Authentication credentials (managed by Firebase Authentication)

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.

Player Information

Players who join games do not need to create accounts. We collect:

• Team name and emoji (chosen by the player)
• Game session data (answers, scores — ephemeral and deleted after the game)

Device Information

We may collect:

• Device type and operating system
• Push notification tokens (if you opt in)
• Crash reports and performance data (via Sentry)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the service
• To manage your account and subscriptions
• To send push notifications about game events (if enabled)
• To detect and fix bugs and crashes
• To process payments (via Stripe — we never store card details)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Sentry — crash and error reporting
• Expo — push notifications and over-the-air updates

4. Data Retention

• Game session data is ephemeral and deleted when games end
• Account data is retained while your account is active
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

5. Children's Privacy

Benefit Brawl is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Players can join games without creating accounts or providing personal information.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase security rules, and secure authentication flows.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Access or export your data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings
• Opt out of crash reporting by not using the app
